The Devil Wears Prada is one of my favorite movies of all time. From the fashion to the music to the killer sarcasm deliveries by Meryl Streep and classic Anne Hathaway make-over scene, DWP is a timeless fashion flick. Below are 12 of the most important lessons I’ve learned. That’s All. 

1. Coffee is of the upmost importance. ALWAYS.
2. Black is always the new black.
3. Have high standards.
4. There are many incompetent people in this world.
5. So you need to remind them of their place….subtly…?
6. Well then there is always sarcasm.
7. And if all else fails, be blunt.
8. Make an entrance.
9. Being fashionable takes dedication.
10. When applying for a job, fight for it. Be your biggest promoter and fan.
11. Actually you should always be your biggest fan. Have confidence. Know your strengths.
12. If you want to be a powerful woman, don’t ask questions but rather declare statements. Confidence really is key.
