Golden Globes: Part 2

Well folks the votes are in. Exactly a week ago today we eagerly awaited the words that followed “And the winner for (insert Golden Globe category here) is…”. Last Sunday, we witnessed Jennifer Lawrence proudly brag “I beat Meyrl!! and my gal Anne Hathaway snagged the Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture. However, I anticipated the red carpet more so than the actual awards ceremony itself. So here I am, a week later, awarding some of Hollywood’s finest leading ladies with my “Golden Globe Glamour Gal” title. Enjoy and stay tuned for the Oscars! P.S. Notice how all of my Glamour Gals are rocking either the color, the out of this world intricate beadwork, the tone on tone texture, or the ever classic long black dress (LBD Golden Globe style) trend.

Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence looked like “the Girl on Fire” in her red hot Dior dress.

Zooey Deschanel

Zooey Deschanel looked so mod in her very own custom Prada gown. Paired with pearls and a tuxedo manicure, her mod but quirky yet sophisticated style stole the red carpet.

Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere graced the red carpet in this tone on tone textured ballet pink Roberto Cavalli gown.

Emily Bluntslide_274446_1977105_freeEmily Blunt, one of my favorite British babes, rocked this unique mustard colored  Michael Kors number. Paired with a sock bun and pink slash ruby statement earrings make this outfit complete.

Lea Michelle

70th Annual Golden Globe Awards - Arrivals

Lea Michelle stunned in this sassy sweet and subtly sexy Elie Saab dress.

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum knows all to well that one day you’re in and the next day…you’re out. But when it comes to Klum’s style she is always in and her Golden Globe style is no exception. This Alexandre Vauthier asymmetrical dress is perfectly accessorized with gold shoes and teardrop earrings, nothing but the best can be expected from Ms. Heidi.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is no longer just your average country pop princess. She may be feeling 22 but she is dressing more  mature and model-esque than your average 22 year old in this Donna Karen vision of purple.

Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman didn’t just wear your average (LBD…Long Black Dress). This Alexander McQueen number upgraded a regular favorite of the red carpet with a fishnet mid-driff cut out and gold stud embellishments.

Jessica Alba

Peach may be my new favorite Red Carpet color (aka Emma Stone’s GGGG dress circa 2011) but Jessica Alba redefined the color in this mermaid shaped and bustier bodiced Oscar de la Renta gown.
